“WHEN IN DOUBT…ASK A QUESTION!”

-Socrates

Q: Why are you a coach?
A: I have always been told this by friends, family, co-workers, and others I have “formally managed” over the years!
Q: What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
A: We define COACHING AS A SOLUTION IN SEARCH OF A PROBLEM!  With coaching, we create interdependence and independence whereas consulting leads to more dependence.  A more formal definition of Coaching, according to the ICF (International Coach Federation) is “an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations.”

Q: What makes you different from everyone else?
A: Incredible curiosity and the ability to ask ever-deepening questions as well as the ones most are afraid to ask! :-)

Q: Why should I do business with you?
A: All of our services are “client-satisfaction guaranteed”…what does that mean?  If you are NOT SATISIFIED in any way, then you do not pay us…at all!  It is IMPERATIVE for us to have EXTREMELY SATISFIED CLIENTS!

Q: Is your approach a “one size fits all” or “customized”?
A: The principles in all of our services are “time-tested” and fundamental to any business.  Customization occurs at the implementation level with your business given industry specifics, niche, etc.

Q: What is the difference between sales and marketing?
A:  Marketing focuses on educating and informing while sales is focused on a transactional level.

Q: How much are your services?
A: Please click on the “SERVICES” tab for our standard services…if you need specialized or something extremely unique to your business, please contact us and we will arrange for a “conversation” to discuss in greater detail.

Q: Why Duct Tape Marketing?
A:  In having my own business, I searched for “practical” marketing systems to implement for my own business.  Most, if not all, were “very high-level” and “not practical.” I began to read John Jantsch’s blog and talked with other business owners who implemented the system and confirmed that it is indeed “simple, effective, and affordable!”
