By the way, Paul had a very insightful observation about marketing in today’s world. Prior to 1995 (roughly the start of the Internet era), businesses went “looking” for their business. Now, with the advent of technology and particularly the Internet, businesses are “being found” by those who have a need! So…in line with the Duct Tape Marketing System that we are implementing throughout Chicagoland, it is imperative that small business owners implement a marketing system that allows others to find you when they are in need and then…to like, trust and contact you!
